Bunkers Convention Certificates - State Contacts

The secretariat for the International Group of P&I Clubs has prepared an updated list of Flag State contact details for Bunkers Convention certificates which can be viewed and downloaded below. 

Owners of  vessels registered in states not party to the Convention should be aware that most state parties are prepared to issue certificates to such vessels if they are scheduled to call at ports, terminals or offshore facilites in their territorial waters once the Convention has come into force. The authorities in UK, Liberia and Cyprus have indicated that they are prepared to accept applications in respect of such vessels even if they are not scheduled to call at ports, terminals or offshore facilities in their territorial waters.
