With effect from 23 January 2009 special measures apply to vessels wishing to call at US ports that have also called at Venezuela as one of the last five ports of call.
The IG secretariat has updated the details of state contacts for Bunkers Convention certification and has also supplied details received from different states as to what form of documentation will be acceptable for vessels calling at their ports. 28 January 2009
