Mariupol Port - Ice Campaign Winter 2009/10 Ends

The Authorities at  Mariupol Commercial Sea Port have issued a declaration to the effect that the Ice Campaign at Mariupol Port is at an end as of  00.00 hrs on 1 March 2010.
