Introduction

The Clubs have a regional and syndicate structure to meet the requirements of the world-wide members which it serves. The regional offices in London, Hong Kong and Rio provide most of the day to day services required by members.

Voice Messaging

An after hours caller is answered by our Voice Messaging System in the form of a welcome message.
If you know the extension number of the member of staff to whom you wish to speak, you may key in this number from your telephone keypad at any point during the recording and you will be connected directly to their extension. If the extension is busy or doesn’t answer, the Voice Mail system will inform you of this and offers options of calling another extension or service, or leaving a private message.
